If you’re looking for professional advice from an architect on an adhoc and informal basis, can I suggest our new ‘architect anytime’ service. 

For £99 plus VAT per month Godsmark Architecture will be available to you online, on the phone by voice or text to answer your questions, research and offer advice regarding, Planning, Building Control, Party Wall matters, construction details and materials, plus anything else related to your project.

Sometimes our clients don’t want to appoint an architect to produce drawings, prepare and submit applications to the planners or Building Control. They don’t want us to oversee the building works. They want to do all these things on their own to retain control and ensure most of their budget is spent on the build. But our clients often do want to tap into our expertise, our contacts and resources. Up until now we have charged for this on an hourly rate but for many clients, who have a long running or series of projects, an on-going small fee may be better value.

Whilst we can not accept liability for the advice given on an informal basis, it may suit those looking to retain control of a tight budget but have the security of an architect to hand. Contact us to learn more about our ‘architect anytime’ service.
