Hampstead Refurbishment

Mid terraced house completely stripped out and refurbished. The rear narrow kitchen space was extended into the side return where frameless glazed roof along with full width bi-folding doors at the rear brings with it the sky and plenty of light to flood the new open plan Kitchen and dining space.

The project architect designed a loft conversion to provide a new suite of rooms with expansive rear glazing and concealed lighting features, creating a unique ambience away from the rest of the house.

A new ensuite and changing area was designed for the main first floor bedroom. The remaining house was refurbished to restore original features, flooring, a family bathroom, new heating and lighting. A new recessed wood burning stove was designed by the architect set flush into the existing fireplace.
